In addition, some companies indicated that the production costs of brown fused alumina have also risen due to the increase in the prices of raw and auxiliary materials, so they expressed their willingness to adjust the price of brown fused alumina.
This week, the price of black silicon carbide in Gansu has a strong motivation for the subsequent increase. First, the price increase of raw materials such as anthracite in the early period is much larger than that of silicon carbide. Second, starting from January 1, 2021, the electricity price in Gansu will increase. It is expected that the price of black silicon carbide in China may rise in the coming week.
This week, most green silicon carbide manufacturers in Ningxia have not resumed production, but the companies have sufficient stocks to supply the market.
